Hypnotherapy
In January 2025, I decided to finally put an end to my unhealthy eating habits and my sugar addiction.
I worked with a hypnotherapist who specialised in this area and I haven’t looked back.
After years of struggling to give up sweets, cakes and chocolate I can say I have gone over 120 days (as of writing this) without any.
This amazing transformation has inspired many people around me and in turn has inspired me to train in Hypnotherapy.
What is hypnotherapy? It is a way of using the mind differently to create a variety of results based on peoples individual needs. It usually involves the person being in a trance-like state and can be used for healing, changing habits and overcoming phobias to name a few uses.
What is Hypnotherapy NOT?
– Something that can be used for a short term quick fix such as losing weight quickly for an upcoming holiday.
– Its not mind control, you are always in control and you decide what your brain takes in. You will not be programmed to do anything ridiculous or dangerous. If you do not believe it will work or are not open to the suggestions then you would be unlikely to have the outcome you desire.
– It is not putting you to sleep, you are always aware of your surroundings, it is more like focused attention.
If Hypnotherapy sounds like something you would be interested in finding out more about then please do get in touch or you can book a FREE initial consultation with me HERE.
I will be specialising in food control, eating habits and sugar addiction once I am fully qualified but whilst I am training I am practicing a broad range of case studies.
